Jeff Goumas leads initiatives that help adult educators build evidence-based EdTech strategies into their instructional routines and leverage open education resources to offer learners more engaging content. When Jeff joined World Education in 2020, he brought nonprofit organization CrowdED Learning, through which he has introduced professional development models like the EdTech Maker Space, and supporting technologies like SkillBlox that have become central components of open education initiatives within a number of domestic and international projects. Jeff has a BS in elementary education from Keene State College and an M.Ed in technology in education from Lesley University.
