World Education is promoting the use of clean cooking technology within Ghanaian school kitchens to improve the health of school kitchen staff and reduce the environmental impact of  traditional stoves. The INSPOCCE-School Kitchen Improvement Project (I-SKIP) is introducing the clean cooking technology to canteen owners and employees, school staff, students, and the greater school community. The project will run a pilot, equipping 10 school canteens with clean cook technology, and then develop a strategy to scale up similar school kitchen improvement program at a national level. I-SKIP is funded by the Clean Cooking Alliance and the United Nations Foundation.
