The LINCS Professional Development Center provides technical assistance to states’ adult education professional development systems to meet requirements under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA); offers high-quality, evidence-based instructional resources through the LINCS Resource Collection; and facilitates professional development training opportunities for adult educators. This project is in partnership with Manhattan Strategy Group.
