Over the past decade, Thailand has received hundreds of thousands of migrant workers and their children from the neighboring country of Myanmar. However, education opportunities for these children varies significantly across Thailand. World Education and partner Save the Children assessed the current educational opportunities available to migrant children in Thailand in order to identify best practices, weaknesses, and challenges, and to understand the needs and vision of migrant communities. The report findings will allow for evidence-based recommendations to strengthen education for migrant children in Thailand.
