Now more than ever, adult learners and workers navigate a rapidly changing and volatile labor market. Some postsecondary education and training is necessary to attain high-quality jobs and greater economic mobility. Transferable personal and workplace skills foster resilience and the capacity to adapt to shifts in the labor market.
We work with state and local partners to design and implement a variety of college and career pathway programs that prepare adults to enter and advance in occupations that pay a living wage.
We provide tools and resources such as the Personal and Workplace Success Skills Library and technical assistance to facilitate partnerships across adult education, workforce development, postsecondary education, and business and industry to ensure that the pathways align with regional employment opportunities.
