Kim Dara joined World Education in Cambodia in 2005 as a field coordinator of the USAID-funded Education Support for Children in the Underserved Population. In 2010, he became a senior technical advisor for the leadership and management component of the USAID-funded Improved Basic Education in Cambodia project. In 2012, Kim took a country director position to oversee the general operations of World Education Cambodia. He has an MA in educational administration from Michigan State University and an MBA from a university in Cambodia.
