Bounsong Phoutthavong oversees World Education program activities in Laos. She is a government liaison and supervises project coordinators and other staff on project planning, implementation, and reporting. Before joining World Education, Bounsong worked with the Government of Laos for 21 years. She has a MA in education from Kieve Foreign Language Institute, Russia, and a post-graduate diploma in office management from the University of Canberra, Australia.
