For more than 10 years, Thulani Earnshaw has provided technical leadership and strategic vision to programming in Eswatini in HIV prevention, child protection, youth development, economic strengthening, and early childhood development. Prior to joining Bantwana, Thulani worked for the Business Management Extension Program, starting as a credit officer and ending up as program manager. Thulani was an active business trainer and is an International Labor Organization-accredited master trainer. He has an MA in sustainable international development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, and a post-graduate diploma in management of small businesses and industries from Galilee College, Israel.
