Adult Education Leadership and Teacher Effectiveness

Developing educational leadership

Effective educational leaders create conditions that improve learners’ outcomes and opportunities for their families. They cultivate a vision of equity and excellence among stakeholders who are committed to meaningful change and the high-quality education programming that adult learners need and deserve.

World Education understands the central role of education leaders in fostering an inclusive culture that builds leadership among staff, students, and community partners. We build leaders’ capacity to use data for continuous improvement; implement standards-based models for teachers; increase equitable access for adults most in need; recruit and retain diverse staff and students; build advising programs; evaluate program effectiveness; secure the resources that programs need for high-quality implementation; and help them manage change and adapt to new contexts.

We lead the way to transformational leadership through online and in-person professional development, coaching, technical assistance, and learning circles. We conduct and remain current on emerging research and draw on our  extensive experience as program leaders to customize solutions for program leaders and their teams.
