The World Education's National College Transition Network (NCTN) team is assessing the workforce training programs for teens and young adults in Brookline, MA. This assessment is the first step in identifying strategies and developing the action plan needed to ensure that youth have the skills needed to be successful in a career of their choice. An advisory group consisting of Brookline High School faculty and staff, Teen Center staff, and the town's Economic Development Planner work with the NCTN to determine the current level of youth workforce development service coordination.

Funding is through the Massachusetts Governor's Community Compact initiative and the project is managed by the Brookline Economic Development and Long-Term Planning Division
