The goal of the Introduction to Health Literacy and Disease Prevention & Screening discussions is to prepare participants to help their students develop basic skills needed for engaging in disease prevention and screening activities. In this 15-hour study circle+, participants will learn key skills include decisionmaking, using graphs and charts, calculating percentages, and interpreting risks and probability.
