STAGE Coaching and Modeling Tool

This Coaching Tool was developed under the Strategic Approaches to Girls' Education program. It is based on international best practices to provide continuous professional development to community based facilitators and teachers of literacy and numeracy interventions. It provides simple and effective modeling techniques focusing on essential pedagogical routines to increase student participation and, ultimately, learning gains.
