Obert Darara oversees efforts to ensure that local organizations with USAID funding comply with its technical, management, and financial guidance. He also supports the maintenance and expansion of technical knowledge for local implementing partners to align with and stay abreast of PEPFAR priorities. Obert has experience leading monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for orphans and vulnerable children and DREAMS projects in Mozambique and Zimbabwe, and supporting World Education Bantwana regional teams.
