Estelle Day oversees World Education's Cambodia portfolio and new business development. She leads Cambodia-specific and global projects focused on early-grade reading, book supply chain, education systems strengthening, EdTech, teacher training, youth development, and anti-trafficking. Estelle joined World Education in 2002, and spent six years in Cambodia leading girls’ education interventions. From 2010 to 2015, she directed World Education's flagship positive-youth development initiative, which reached 32,000 youth through corporate partnership across eight countries. Estelle has provided technical services to the World Bank, UNICEF, and Save the Children to conduct national evaluations and establish monitoring and evaluation systems. She has a first-class BA from Oxford University and an MEd from Harvard University.
