Given the positive response from the first phase of piloting the teacher Capacity Development Platform, Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports (MoEYS) is planning to expand the utilization of the platform to encompass all accredited service providers in order for it to become the central MoEYS hub for continuous teacher professional development. Under this follow-on phase through UNICEF and the Capacity Development Partnership Fund (CDPF), World Education will support the national roll-out of the digital Capacity Development Platform.

Key Objectives include:

• Establish a governance group and strategy that will ensure shared responsibility, continuous maintenance, and ongoing sustainability of the Capacity Development Platform.
• Provide ongoing support and capacity strengthening to various partners as they make use of and addition to the Capacity Development Platform.
• Make enhancements to the Capacity Development Platform in accordance with input from the governance group to increase usability.
• Formally launch and roll out the Capacity Development Platform with the new governance structure in place.
